Like four years ago I designed this drawing and it was originally started in crayon, but here it it finally finished and in markers! Yay!

IF Hollow & IF Tango

Since I was late on my last Illustration Friday, I thought I'd post it with this weeks. The shadowbox was "Hollow" before I added these pieces of paper. Also I chose an old portrait I did of Carlos Gardel for a friend over a year ago for "Tango".

"Tango soon began to gain popularity in Europe, beginning in France. Superstar Carlos Gardel soon became a sex symbol who brought the tango to new audiences, especially in the United States, due to his sensual depictions of the dance on film." (according to Wikipedia)

So i sketched this out last year and executed it in crayon and never liked it. So this year I figure I'd try it again, so i redrew it and executed it in Marker, I like it!

Revisited IF Punchline

A much needed re-due! This was a better Punchline gag than the first plus markers are way fun!!

IF: Worn

Its' been forever!! But I re-discovered how much I love Primsacolor markers, and know i can work fairly quickly with them so ta da, a little fella whose all worn out.
